Payments and Deposits

How Our Tour Prices Are Formed

We include all taxes in the tour price, so you won't receive any unexpected additional bills from us for tour organization!

1. Program Selection and Cost Calculation

All our tours are private. The price depends on whether you choose our standard program or prefer a custom itinerary.

  • Standard Program: This is our ready-made, proven itinerary which has a base cost.
  • Custom Program: If you want to make changes to the standard route or create a tour completely according to your plan, the cost will be calculated personally and a surcharge of 10-25% may be added.

2. Seasonal Surcharge

A surcharge of 10-25% may be added to the final price (for both standard and custom programs) in two cases:

  • For tours conducted on public holidays.
  • On dates with very high demand (peak season, school holidays).

3. Booking and Price Guarantee

After the final program and cost are agreed upon, a deposit is required to book your tour. Once this deposit is made, the price is guaranteed to be fixed and will not change.

Payment Information

To secure your booking, a deposit is required for each tour. Please see the details below. Once your deposit is paid, the tour price is fixed and guaranteed not to change.

For smaller groups (7 people or fewer): We require a deposit of $200 AUD or 10% of the total tour price, whichever is higher. For example, if you book two tours, a deposit is needed for each one. The final balance can be paid on the day of your tour using cash or a card (a small fee applies to card payments).

For larger groups (8 people or more) and tours outside of Sydney: To finalize all arrangements for your group, we require payment in full one month before your tour date.

Cancellation Policy

Date of Cancellation Request Cancellation Charges for every booked tour
Up to 60 days to the date of tour Received amount minus $50 AUD admin fees and $100 for every hour spent on itinerary design.
Up to 30 days to the date of tour 10% or $200 AUD deposit (whichever is greater) is not refundable.
15 - 30 days prior to tour 20% or $300 AUD deposit (whichever is greater) is not refundable.
8 - 14 days prior to tour 50% or $400 AUD deposit (whichever is greater) is not refundable.
0 - 7 days prior to tour, or non-appearance 100% of the total tour price.

Weather Factor: In case of bad weather on the date of a tour (City tours are not affected) the tour can be shifted to another day (subject to availability) or can be replaced with another tour of similar cost.
