The Twelve Apostles rock formations on the Great Ocean Road

Great Ocean Road & 12 Apostles Private Tour

One of the World's Most Scenic Coastal Drives

The Great Ocean Road is rightly considered to be one of the most picturesque ocean roads in the world. Here you will find captivating ocean landscapes, long deserted beaches and an incessant roar of the surf, and scattered along the coastline, you will discover national parks filled with waterfalls and wildlife.

Your Journey Begins

Your adventure will begin in Melbourne, over the famous West Gate Bridge, from where you will see breathtakingly gorgeous views of the port and city centre. We will then continue on towards the beginning of the Great Ocean Road where you will make your first stop at Bells Beach, renowned among surfers, where you will have the opportunity to marvel at the panoramic shoreline.

Further down the road, you will cross the geographic border of two magnificent oceans, the Pacific and Indian, at the Split Point Lighthouse. Here you will be able to take memorable photos of your adventure in front of a memorial arch.

Wildlife and Rainforest

Apart from breathtaking ocean views, we promise that you will get a chance to see the unique wildlife only found in Australia. We will take you to locations to see koalas in the wild and also hand-feed Australian parrots. Your next stop will be in the small town of Apollo Bay for lunch, where you will be offered a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian meals. After lunch you will take a short stroll in an Australian rainforest amongst century-old giant eucalyptus trees and arborescent ferns.

The Majestic 12 Apostles

The culmination of your trip will be visiting another Australian highlight – The Twelve Apostles. The views of the rugged splendour of these amazing formations towering over the raging ocean will remain with you forever. Next you will walk down Gibson Steps and onto the beach at the foot of the Apostles, where you will get a close up look at the greatness of these natural monuments.

We also recommend that you book a short helicopter flight above The Twelve Apostles. We strongly suggest that you book it in advance, which will mean avoiding the long and tiresome line-ups. After such a thrilling and adventurous day, we're sure that you will want to return to the the comfort of your hotel!
