How Our Tour Prices Are Formed
We include all taxes in the tour price, so you won't receive any unexpected additional bills from us for tour organization!
1. Program Selection and Cost Calculation
All our tours are private. The price depends on whether you choose our standard program or prefer a custom itinerary.
- Standard Program: This is our ready-made, proven itinerary which has a base cost.
- Custom Program: If you want to make changes to the standard route or create a tour completely according to your plan, the cost will be calculated personally and a surcharge of 10-25% may be added.
2. Seasonal Surcharge
A surcharge of 10-25% may be added to the final price (for both standard and custom programs) in two cases:
- For tours conducted on public holidays.
- On dates with very high demand (peak season, school holidays).
3. Booking and Price Guarantee
After the final program and cost are agreed upon, a deposit is required to book your tour. Once this deposit is made, the price is guaranteed to be fixed and will not change.
Payment Information
To secure your booking, a deposit is required for each tour. Please see the details below. Once your deposit is paid, the tour price is fixed and guaranteed not to change.
One-day tours — a deposit for each tour, by vehicle:
- Mercedes Valente / Hyundai Staria (up to 7 guests): A$200
- Toyota Commuter or Mercedes Sprinter minibus: A$400
- Toyota Coaster or coach: A$600
If you book two tours, a deposit is needed for each one. The balance is paid on the day of your tour in cash or by card (a small fee applies to card payments).
Multi-day tours: paid in full in advance, one month before the tour start date. Please pay only after our confirmation email with the final amount.

Cancellation Policy
Effective 1 July 2026. Each booking is governed by the version of this policy in force on the date the deposit was paid.
When the program is confirmed, a non-refundable fee is paid. It counts towards the tour price:
- a tour in one city: A$200 per tour;
- a tour covering several cities: a tour design fee of A$120 per hour, minimum A$500.

Cancellations are accepted in writing only (email or WhatsApp). The cancellation date is the date we receive the notice, Sydney time. Days are counted as calendar days before the tour start date, not including the day the notice is received.
In all cases, non-refundable supplier costs are also withheld: tickets, cruises, car hire and the guide's flights.
- Date changes: free once, 60 or more days before the tour. Later changes follow the cancellation terms.
- Failure to pay on time is treated as a cancellation under these terms.
- A visa refusal is not grounds for cancellation without charges; we recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
- Peak dates (20 December – 14 January): 100% prepayment, non-refundable.
Weather Factor: In case of bad weather on the date of a tour (City tours are not affected) the tour can be shifted to another day (subject to availability) or can be replaced with another tour of similar cost.
