1. Airport to City Hotel (4-Hour Welcome Tour)

Hotel check-in isn't until 2:00 PM? Don't wait in the lobby! We will meet you at the airport, safely store your luggage in our vehicle, and show you the Opera House, Bondi Beach, and The Rocks. By the time the tour finishes, we drop you right at your hotel door ready to check in.

2. Airport to Cruise Port (4-Hour Pre-Cruise Tour)

Arriving on a flight before your cruise departure? Avoid the expensive taxi lines. We'll pick you up from Domestic or International arrivals, take you on a scenic tour of Sydney Harbour, and deliver you directly to your ship at the Overseas Passenger Terminal or White Bay.

Disembarking your ship in the morning but your flight isn't until the evening? We will meet you at the terminal, secure your luggage, and take you on a half-day or full-day tour (even up to the Blue Mountains!) before dropping you at the Airport.

⚠️ Booking Terms & Conditions:
- Transfer must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund.
- Within 24 hours of pickup: 50% refund.
- No-show or cancellation within 2 hours: Non-refundable.
- Flight delay or cancellation by airline: Free reschedule, no fee — just notify us via WhatsApp.
- Complimentary Waiting Time: 30 minutes after landing.
- Hotel → Airport transfers: pickup time is scheduled so you arrive 1 hour before domestic / 2.5 hours before international departure, plus 20–60 min driving time from the city depending on traffic.
- Flight Delays: If the flight is delayed for more than 1 hour, an additional fee of A$50 is payable directly to the driver. + Extra Waiting Time
- Extra Waiting Time: Calculated according to official Sydney Domestic Priority (A$12.50-A$26) and International Limousine Parking (A$12-A$24) rates per 30 mins.
